Okay so here are some tips that will help you out
Watch a DVD
Drink plenty of liquids
When it starts to hurt drink water instead of going with a low calorie snack.
Look at yourself in the mirror before you get dressed and seeing the fat will start your morning ,(drinking green tea is a good brekkie it curbs your appetite .) beacause if you eat carbs in the morning your more liking to eat something heavy after breakfast!
Never convince yourself that a yogurt is low in calories even if your eating 500calories a day there is still high in sugar and sugar makes your tired.And in recovery they give you a biscuit,a pot of yogurt,and a cup of tea. so beware of what you eat and don't give in!!
Buy things that you might need from brodoom.Like a Ps4 or Toys like a furby.
Take some time to do your nails ,NAIL ART
