MEdication undiagnosed MEntal illness :(
Ugh, Don't like when the girls start arguing with me about the remote controls..Like your gone for a cigarette and left the room that means your not watching the TV any more.Yesterday Laura took the control outta the sitting room and I was wondering where the controls was and went out side and she had them under neath her blanket out having a cigarette..I asked her to give me the controls and she was like I'm still watching the TV heather. UGHH so annoying I miss my friends ,with my friends they WOULD give me the control and have a laugh about it you know. :( I can't wait this week im getting a game in Gamestop for 50euros but i really wanna buy the old sims,the sims 2 for my laptop and plus have to get internet for my laptop.

DOn't worry BE HAPPY
Having a nice cup of TEA with 3sugars(sweetners) and a lil bit of milk yums soo tired need more sleep :) Sleeeepy sleepy and the medication is taking me over OH NOOOO..Im feeling a lil bit better in myself its like the medication is stopping me from going craZY and making me feel normal and not tired and sick.I think I got sick the other day and it was horrible! Like I don't mind vomiting ,Iv been vomiting for years and years now so its no big deal ,expect for th eother time my tummy started to swell up and I looked like an African with my swollen tummy,I told the staff and they said to drink plenty of water and gave me a hot water bottle for my feet @Night time. Hey look its a flying kitty..TAKE THAT HATERS

So tomorrow is the party and I really can't wait to go and PARRRTAY,Looking forward to Halloween this year and Im going to dress up as a cat..you can actually google it and look at the cat masks you can colour in and wear it.Very Very handy sooo,congratulations to me..I did not get sick this week and I found a new way to feel good, exercise is the best way to tone-ing up which is good if you like to look after your body,and mind.So when Im stressed or wanna binge eat,I go for a walk in the gym and do some sit ups on the sit up machine.My tummy is swollen from vomiting and I look like Im 8months pregnant ..so I eat what I like and burn off the FAT and stop myself from vomiting.Just listen to the music and keep motivating urself and you'll loose the FATNESS in no time and keep you healthy and Happy while loosing 6dress sizes.And you won't be annoyed and bothered about eating to much.Slowly but surly you'll stop purging and be alot better and won't have to worry about all th ecalories and be upset and run to the toilet afterwards,plus you only need to do 1hr a day 7days a week and to stop urself by becoming a gigantic girl ,have a relexing weekend and u'll relex ur muscles and burn th efat off and get rid of un wanted muscles in ur legs after exercising .Also the sauna is brillant for getting the musles off and have lovely thin skinny body after a few weeks.the only thing u need to do is eat a nice big breakfast and then start snacking on healthy foods (and tasty food) like a sandwich and drink plenty of water and bring ur bottle of water to the sauna so you wont faint.If ur still vomiting ,drink plenty of water every time you reach the fridge ,stop and think,and go for water ,and if you dont like water start with VOLIC STRAWBERRY WATER or have diluted flavoured water to stop the cravings and stop you from all that. I normally go for walks and go to the gym for toning up. I use to be a size 4-6 and ate over 5,000calories every day ,without vomiting.It was all from going to the gym and walking,on the bike machine,sit up machine and calf machine and it was FUN!! yes.I like it coz I know I can eat a takeaway without feelin guilty and it speeds up my metabolic rate.Which means if I eat a takeaway i loose weight and the next day I could eat a dinner and the weight fallsd sof you coz ur tricking ur body and making sure you get the vitiamins.cool huh?yes,very cool.Its all in style now(being fit) and not falling over and everyone looks at you like you ate nothing.Ya heres to you haters!

So far I got 82page views yay :D on my 100cal diet started yesterday and Only drinking drinks don't think Id turn into a fish ...just a detox and detox it all out all the fat and the other day I was in the beautisons and got my nails done with pandas nail Art on each nail.Took over 3hours to do and the UV light burnt my nails,One nail broke off with in 2days and then I decied to clip it all off (the panda nail art) and now it looks like I got shellak nails :) I dont think Ill ever go back to getting GEL NAILS done ..if its only lasting for a few days..Pepper mint tea with 3-4 sweetners is a great way to detox to start the diet Im usless on the Bootcamp I tend to purge it all and then I eat too many calories in one portion and even I get green Sick some times I get so hungry and the food digestese very quickly unless its over 3L of vomit.Over 3L of Sick you get a good vomit (when you see green bile-thats how you know that you got all of the food out :D) drink plently when horing food.My favouirtuie is Chinese,2-1,noodles with sweet and sour sauce on the noodles.you will not be able to get rid of the weight if you purge anything sugary ,if you do eat anything suagry don't say I didint warn you..COKE ZERO has 0-5calories in one bottle.Things like ICECREAM is also very very good to help with the 3L of vomit and is quickly to purge.OJ(orange juice) is good for it aswell.Don't forget to Hide it all just incase :S Wearing baggy pants is always good and helps with the hunger,Drink plenty of WATER and watch some TV when your feeling some cravings and if the staff make you wanna EAT .DO NOT BAKE,DO NOT MAKE ONE OR MORE MEAL(like a sunday dinner,which has more then one thing,EG,Potatoes,Roasties,vegeatbles,gravy ,garlic potatoes) a good tip is stay with one thing at a time like if your going to get some thing like TEA AND TOAST have one or the other.My tip is stay under your calorie intake every day that way you can stay under and not want to get cravings.Never say ur going to never have food ever again,instead say drink as much as you want this inclueds LOW CALOIRE SOUP,WATER,GREEN TEA,SWEETED HOT CHOCLATE,COKE ZERO,DIET COKE,DIET 7UP,ECT..
